Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day by 1pm (Mon–Fri)* - £20.00
UK Economy Delivery
Royal Mail Tracked 48: 3-5 working days (Mon–Fri)* - £7.99

General Delivery Terms and Conditions
DELIVERY POLICY
We offer a variety of delivery services for our patients via Royal Mail. All of our shipments are tracked; tracking will be sent to you via email and text.
TRACKING & DELIVERY TIMES
You will receive a shipment email & text message with your assigned tracking number the same day your order is shipped, please expect your tracking number in the afternoon once all parcels have been picked, packed, and processed
You will be held responsible for any amendments made to deliveries should a package go missing or delivered outside of the expected time slot. These amendments include, but are not limited to, change of address, location, or time slot
DELIVERIES
· Signatures are required for delivery of prescription medications.
· Someone must be available at the delivery address to sign for any medicines that are delivered, or the delivery must be collected from the courier in person. The person signing for medicines does not need to be the named patient.
· Our couriers have been instructed not to leave fridge line parcels in a nominated safe place, for safety reasons.
· In the event that delivery is attempted and no one is available to take delivery of the parcel, we are unable to replace or refund the item. We will liaise with you to re-ship out to you any returned items, if safe to do so, once they have arrived at our dispensary (this can take several days). We are unable to replace any items that have expired during transit back to our dispensary.
· Our couriers will deliver the parcel to the delivery address provided with the order. If this is incomplete or incorrect and leads to a failed delivery, we are unable to replace or refund the item
· You as the customer will be liable for any deliveries that fail, this includes situation where the driver has attempted to deliver to the address stated, within the delivery service timeframe. Please note, we do not accept returns on any cold chain items unless faulty when delivered.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your parcel has arrived and the parcel/goods seem to be broken, please reach out to our customer support team with your order number and photographic evidence of the faulty items and our team will speak to you about your options.
LOST / UNDELIVERED PARCELS / INCORRECTLY DELIVEREDIf your parcel has not arrived or you suspect your parcel might be lost, please contact us straight away via email customerservice@wellmeds.co.uk. Please include as much detail as you can including ORDER ID number(s)
