Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
Our policy does not allow for any prescribed medication to be returned – this is for safety reasons and we are not authorised to re-sell returned medication. If you have any unwanted or unused medication, you can take it to a local pharmacy and they will dispose of the products safely.
If you have ordered any of our products that are to be delivered by post, you have the right to cancel such an order up until the point that your medication is dispensed by the pharmacy. Your right to cancel the order ends on the date your order is dispensed by the pharmacy, which is when the contract between us is formed.
To cancel a subscription please contact email@example.com . You must contact us before your next supply is sent out. An email reminder will be sent out 3 days before your next supply is due.
We hope that you will be happy with any medication that you order from us. However, in the event that you wish to return medication to us because it is:
- (i) not as described;
- (ii) not fit for purpose; or
- (iii) damaged or faulty
We will refund the price of the medication in full together with any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs that you incur in returning the item to us.
We will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay. If the card that you used to pay with expires before the refund is made, please call us to provide your new card details.
