Subscription
All of the products we currently sell are only available through a subscription model, meaning we will deliver these products on a recurring monthly basis, charging the card you set up with.
Subscription has no fixed contract, you can cancel anytime by getting in touch with our customer service team at info@wellmeds.co.uk . You must contact us before your next supply is sent out if you wish to cancel, an email reminder will be sent out 3 days before your next supply is due. Subscription will automatically expire after 1 year, and you will receive an email explaining how to renew before expiration.
Before your next scheduled supply arrives, you will receive an email informing you of an estimated delivery date. Once products have already been dispensed/shipped we will not be able to issue a refund.
If your card expires and you do not update your payment details, your subscription will automatically be cancelled.
